1Which package is better for me?
Wirofy is licensed according to the number of session credits and device/location. The number of session credits is the number of requests made by users. The number of device/location represents the number of devices and real IP addresses integrated with Wirofy. The system will suggest which package you need when you enter these values.
2Do you have any other package for higher number of users, session credits, and devices?

3Can I use Wirofy in different locations?
Wirofy licensing model is based on the number of integrated devices and session credit. According to the Standard and Pro packages, 1 or 10 devices can be assigned to an account. The actual number of device IP addresses connected is not checked therefore the number of locations is not taken into account.
4Does it work on devices other than the devices listed?
You can make your device compatible by installing DDWRT.
5Can I manage the integrated devices via Wirofy?
Device management is not supported yet. It is on our road map.
6Is the type of company important?
Generally, if youโre not a hotel or a large space venue such as a shopping mall or stadium, you will qualify for our Small Business package. If you are unsure, get in touch with your details and we will let you know which package is best for you.
7Do these prices include VAT?
All pricing is ex VAT. If you pay VAT in your territory, it will be added to your invoice at the relevant rate.
